1. Agreement
These Terms of Service and Membership Agreement (“Terms”) govern access to and use of NTLPROS websites, customer accounts, mobile detailing services, memberships, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a service, enrolling in a membership, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise using NTLPROS services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms waives any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. NTLPROS Services
NTLPROS provides mobile vehicle detailing and related vehicle-care services. Specific scope, availability, pricing, and included treatments are described in the applicable offering. “Detailing” does not automatically include paint correction, body or dent repair, scratch removal, mechanical repair, ceramic coating, permanent stain or odor removal, restoration, engine detailing, or any service not expressly included in the purchased service.
3. Family Membership
The NTLPROS Family Membership is currently $299 per month, plus applicable taxes. It covers up to two registered household vehicles and includes two scheduled mobile-detailing appointments per billing month. Both registered vehicles may be serviced at each appointment, for up to four individual vehicle details per billing month.
4. Same Household, Same Location
Both registered vehicles must be present and reasonably accessible at the same approved service location during the same scheduled appointment. The membership is intended for vehicles belonging to or regularly used by the same household. Services may not be resold or routinely transferred to unrelated persons or vehicles. If only one registered vehicle is available, NTLPROS may service that vehicle, but the absent vehicle does not create an obligation for an additional trip.
5. Registered Vehicles
Members must provide accurate requested vehicle information. NTLPROS may establish reasonable procedures for replacing a registered vehicle when a member sells, replaces, leases, or otherwise changes vehicles. The membership is not a transferable pool of four service credits for friends, neighbors, coworkers, customers, or unrelated vehicles.
6. No Rollover — Current Policy
Unused appointments and unused vehicle-detailing opportunities currently do not roll over. Unused benefits expire at the end of the applicable billing period, do not accumulate, have no independent cash value, and are not transferable. NTLPROS may introduce rollover in the future under separately announced rules; unless expressly stated, a future program will not retroactively restore previously expired benefits.
7. Membership Without Long-Term Commitment
The Family Membership is month-to-month. Joining NTLPROS does not obligate a member to remain for any minimum period. There is no long-term membership commitment, no minimum number of months, no cancellation fee, and no reason required to cancel. Members are free to leave whenever the service no longer suits their needs.
8. One-Click Cancellation
Members may cancel through the available account-management functionality. NTLPROS does not require a reason, exit survey, telephone call, email, retention conversation, or unnecessary additional step. A confirmation may be displayed solely to prevent accidental cancellation. Completed cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, benefits remain available through the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse a legitimate charge for a billing period already begun or services already provided.
9. Automatic Monthly Renewal
Unless canceled, the Family Membership automatically renews monthly at the then-applicable disclosed price. By enrolling, the member authorizes the recurring charge disclosed at checkout. NTLPROS will clearly disclose the recurring nature, price, billing frequency, material benefits, and cancellation method before enrollment and will not intentionally conceal recurring billing or create unnecessary cancellation obstacles.
10. Price or Membership Changes
NTLPROS may change future pricing or membership features prospectively. Advance notice will be provided when legally required or reasonably appropriate before a material change applies to an existing recurring membership. NTLPROS will not intentionally use a hidden policy update to retroactively deprive customers of material rights relating to services already purchased.
11. Scheduling and Availability
Membership does not guarantee every requested date or time. Appointments remain subject to availability, service area, staffing, weather, vehicle condition, property access, safety, and reasonable operating considerations. NTLPROS will make reasonable efforts to provide convenient scheduling.
12. Customer Readiness and Vehicle Access
At the scheduled time, customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the registered vehicles, service location, interiors and cargo areas included in the service, and keys or access devices where reasonably necessary. Customers should remove important personal belongings before service.
13. Authorized and Safe Service Location
The customer represents that they own, occupy, control, or otherwise have permission to authorize mobile detailing at the requested location. NTLPROS may decline, relocate, pause, or reschedule service where a location presents unreasonable safety, access, environmental, drainage, property-management, legal, or operational concerns.
14. Weather and Events Beyond Reasonable Control
NTLPROS may reasonably reschedule, modify, pause, or postpone service because of rain, freezing conditions, excessive heat, smoke, hazardous air quality, storms, natural disasters, government restrictions, equipment failure, utility interruption, emergencies, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. A reasonable weather or safety rescheduling does not constitute abandonment of the purchased service.
15. Vehicle Condition and Extraordinary Cleaning
Standard pricing assumes ordinary maintenance cleaning. NTLPROS may decline service, modify scope, or disclose an additional charge before proceeding where a vehicle contains extraordinary conditions such as biohazards, bodily fluids, mold, infestation, hazardous substances, needles or sharps, excessive trash, severe contamination, extreme pet hair, or another material health or safety risk. No undisclosed additional charge will be imposed merely because ordinary cleaning takes longer than expected.
16. Pre-Existing Condition and Disclosure
Vehicles naturally contain wear, defects, repairs, and deterioration, including scratches, chips, dents, cracked glass, damaged trim, worn upholstery, failing paint or clear coat, loose components, damaged electronics, aftermarket modifications, wraps, paint-protection film, prior repairs, stains, oxidation, and similar conditions. Customers should disclose known conditions requiring special handling, including custom electronics, recently repaired or repainted surfaces, ceramic coatings, loose trim, leaks, alarms, or damaged controls.
17. Inspection and Service Documentation
To protect both the customer and NTLPROS, NTLPROS may reasonably photograph or record a vehicle before, during, and after service for condition documentation, quality assurance, service records, training, fraud prevention, damage-claim evaluation, and dispute resolution. Operational documentation does not automatically authorize public advertising of identifiable customer information, residences, license plates, or other private information. Separate permission may be requested for marketing use.
18. Damage and Responsibility
NTLPROS does not attempt to disclaim responsibility for damage that applicable law determines was actually caused by NTLPROS. NTLPROS is not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, hidden defects, deterioration, defective components, or conditions not reasonably caused by the detailing service. A customer who reasonably believes NTLPROS caused damage should notify NTLPROS promptly and provide reasonable information so the matter can be investigated using service records, photographs, video, vehicle condition, and other relevant evidence.
19. Delicate or Modified Components
NTLPROS may decline to manipulate a component that appears unsafe, defective, loose, unusually delicate, or likely to suffer damage from ordinary handling. Customers should identify aftermarket equipment, custom electronics, wraps, repainted surfaces, paint-protection film, coatings, repaired surfaces, damaged controls, or other conditions requiring special care.
20. Personal Property and Valuables
Customers should remove cash, jewelry, medication, financial or identity documents, electronics, firearms, and other valuable or sensitive property before service. NTLPROS personnel are not responsible for inventorying personal property left throughout a vehicle. Nothing in this section eliminates responsibility imposed by law for property actually lost or damaged through proven wrongful conduct.
21. Child Safety Seats
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, customers should remove child safety seats if cleaning beneath them is desired. NTLPROS does not guarantee correct installation or reinstallation of child-restraint systems unless that service is expressly offered by appropriately qualified personnel.
22. Results and No Guaranteed Restoration
Detailing can significantly improve appearance and cleanliness, but results vary. NTLPROS cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, contaminant, defect, pet hair, oxidation, discoloration, or other condition. NTLPROS will not intentionally misrepresent expected results.
23. Payment Processing
Customers authorize charges associated with services they knowingly purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. NTLPROS generally does not need to independently possess complete payment-card numbers when those details are securely processed by the applicable payment provider.
24. Refunds
Cancellation and refunds are separate matters. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse legitimate charges for billing periods already begun or services already provided. NTLPROS may issue refunds or credits when appropriate, including where NTLPROS determines it failed to provide a paid service or a refund is the fair resolution. Nothing here eliminates refund rights required by applicable law.
25. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact NTLPROS promptly regarding suspected billing errors so they can be investigated and corrected. Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful rights provided by a card issuer, financial institution, or applicable law. Fraudulent or knowingly false disputes may result in account suspension or termination and pursuit of lawful remedies.
26. Account Accuracy and Security
Customers are responsible for providing reasonably accurate account, contact, vehicle, and service-location information, safeguarding login credentials, and notifying NTLPROS of suspected unauthorized account access.
27. Communications
NTLPROS may send transactional or operational communications reasonably related to account security, appointments, service updates, membership administration, billing, receipts, cancellation, policy changes, and customer support. Agreement to these Terms does not constitute unlimited consent to unrelated promotional texts or emails where separate consent is required by law.
28. Suspension or Termination by NTLPROS
NTLPROS may reasonably suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, fraud, threats, harassment, violence, unsafe working conditions, repeated intentional no-shows, material misuse of benefits, fraudulent information, illegal activity, or conduct materially interfering with safe service delivery. This right will be exercised in accordance with applicable law and not on an unlawful discriminatory basis.
29. Website, Dashboard, and Technology
NTLPROS may provide websites, dashboards, applications, and other technology supporting the underlying service. Temporary technical interruptions do not necessarily constitute failure to provide the underlying detailing membership. NTLPROS will make reasonable efforts to maintain customer-facing systems.
30. Intellectual Property
NTLPROS names, branding, designs, logos, website materials, photographs, graphics, software, and original content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a service or membership does not transfer ownership of NTLPROS intellectual property.
31. Third-Party Services
NTLPROS may use reputable third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, security, scheduling, and infrastructure. Those providers may process information as reasonably necessary to perform their services.
32. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NTLPROS will not be liable for remote, speculative, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses not reasonably caused by NTLPROS's breach or wrongful conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law prohibits that exclusion or limitation.
33. Unauthorized or Unsafe Instructions
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to request service on the vehicle and at the location. To the extent permitted by law, customers are responsible for losses reasonably resulting from materially false information, unauthorized location instructions, intentionally concealed hazards, or unlawful instructions provided to NTLPROS.
34. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington, without eliminating consumer rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
35. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is determined invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. A failure by NTLPROS to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable service descriptions, checkout disclosures, the Privacy Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the applicable agreement concerning NTLPROS services.
37. Contact
